At Alkheyma Parfumerie, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons:

  • All perfumes are final sale once opened or used

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or tampering


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


💳 Refunds (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Alkheyma Parfumerie is not responsible for lost return packages


📍 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional fees to reship

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not refundable
