All orders placed with Alkheyma are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on UPS and destination.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Alkheyma will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

We offer free shipping on all orders of 79.00 CAD & more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under 79.00 CAD (after discounts, before taxes), there will be a shipping charge of 13.99 CAD.

Local Pickup (Montréal)

Skip the shipping fees! We offer free local pickup for our customers in the Montréal area.

  • How it works: After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday).
